Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! Your product is covered by a 30 day money back guarantee and a 180 day product replacement warranty. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items purchased from Amazon.com should be returned to Amazon by following their return instructions.  

Returned merchandise should not be damaged or misused outside of the normal use of this product.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs and send you a product replacement or refund your money.

Need to Return an Item?

(1) Purchased from SmileyDaisy.com

If you would like to return an item purchased directly from SmileyDaisy.com, please email customer service at support@smileydaisy.com or call us at 1-201-455-7770.  When emailing or calling, please provide us with your name, order number, product name, and reason for return. We will be happy to provide you with a Return Mailing Label for returning your product. 

(2) Purchased from Amazon.com

Products purchased from Amazon.com should be returned within 30 days through Amazon by following their return instructions.
 Before returning a product we would like to assist you in any way possible.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will try to make the issue right before you return the item.


Warranty Information

Your product is covered by a 180 day replacement warranty.  If within 180 days from the date of purchase your product becomes defective or no longer works, please contact Smiley Daisy directly for assistance.  Please email our customer service at support@smileydaisy.com, call us at 1-201-455-7770 or contact us through our webpage.  Please include in the email what the issue you are experiencing is and provide as much detail as possible.  Our customer service team will try to assist you with trouble shooting the issue before we replace the product.  Often the issue can be solved with cleaning techniques or simple adjustments to the usage. We may contact you via phone if we need further clarification in order to help you resolve an issue. Please note that products not purchased from Smiley Daisy as the seller may not be covered. If you purchase from a third party seller on eBay or Amazon the warranty is not valid. We will ask you for an order number to verify your purchase.

Please also check our website for FAQ about cleaning techniques. Many issues are a result of the product not being cleaned as directed or often enough.

If our customer service team evaluates that the problem does require a replacement product, we will assist you with the process. 

*The 180 day warranty applies to the Pyramid, Daisy, Hibiscus and Base of the Love in a Mist model, the porcelain lid of the Love in a Mist model is covered for 30 days.

Our replacement process:

  1. Please provide us with your name, order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Mailing Label for returning your product.
  3. When the return is received and tested we will send you an email notifying you of your replacement being processed.
    * If the item is not defective when tested, we will contact you for further instruction.
  4. You will receive and email that your product has been shipped with the tracking number.

Need to Exchange An Item?

We do not do exchanges outright. We understand that you may decide that you did not purchase the item you wanted, that the size or color may not be what you hoped. Please return the item within 30 days in good condition. Next, simply place a new order for the replacement item you want. 

When will I receive my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


General Shipping Information

Most items are fulfilled by Amazon fulfillment center.  When you purchase your item you will be able to choose your method of delivery.  If you are an Amazon Prime member your shipping is handled by Amazon. You can check your Amazon order by using the tracking information in your order.  If you have an issue with shipping on an Amazon order please contact them directly.  Items purchased from Smiley Daisy can be tracked by an email that is sent to you with the tracking information. JuJu Aroma orders are typically sent separate from diffuser orders.  JuJu Aroma Orders are sent via First Class mail unless expedited shipping is paid.

In some cases we will ship items to you directly, this is usually in special cases only with some warranty replacements. We send emails out with the tracking information directly to you.
