Below are helpful instructions on how to operate your essential oil pyramid diffuser.

1. Place the product in an upside position and remove the upper cover.

2. Plug the AC adaptor to the DC jack found on the base of the product's main body using the cable guide.

3. Use the measuring cup provided carefully. Add water into the tank. Never fill your tank with water directly from the tap.

Pay attention to the filled water level. Do not exceed the MAX line on the water tank. (Fill just a bit more than half of the water tank is a good strategy initially)
Never use water with high temperature; this may cause product malfunctioning.
Never fill tank with water during operation.

4. Drop essential oils into the tank vertically. The dosage is about 2-3 drops (about 0.1-0.15ml) per 100ml of water (you can put 1-2 more drops if you want to disperse more aroma).

5. Replace upper cover and ready for use. Note: Always cover the main body of the product before every use.

6. Plug the AC adaptor into an electrical supply socket. (You will hear two beeps sound.)

7. If you press the MIST button found on the main body, the mist function will turn on. From here you can easily set up the timer function. Each time you press the button, the timer will set for an operation time as follows, 60 minutes, 120 minutes, 180 minutes, ON and OFF.

Once you connect the product to a power supply, the original state is OFF
If there is little water in the water tank, the power supply will automatically turn off.
If the timer mode is off, the LED light will also be off.

8. If you press the LIGHT button, you can toggle between the ON/OFF states of the LED light options. Each time you press the button the color and brightness changes. To choose a specific color, press the light button again.
Hold LIGHT button for 2 seconds, the light will turn off.

9. If you will not use the product for a long time, drain out the water from the tank and dry completely. Store the product in a dry and cool area. If you wish to use it again, use a gentle detergent to clean the tank. (Please see maintenance instructions).

If you have received the product and have used it for a couple days, here are the general instructions on how to clean your essential oil diffuser:

Unplug the unit from the main power supply and remove upper cover.
Remove the triangular cap of the water tank.
Pour out any remaining water from the “DRAIN SIDE” of the tank.
Unplug power cord from the base of the unit.
Add 30 ml of warm water in the water tank, then add 1 tablespoon of citric acid or white vinegar.

Customers often ask me where to buy citric acid (sour salt)?
Most of the local grocery stores or supermarkets should have this product. I
found citric acid in the Kosher food section of my local ShopRite supermarket.

A few of our customers use vinegar to clean it. Here are their cleaning instructions:

Fill 30ml of warm water and one teaspoon of vinegar. Leave in for 5 minutes. Take a Q-Tip/cotton bud to scrub the center and corners of the Ultrasonic Vibration plate. Pour it out and wipe it out with a damp cloth.

Another customer uses fresh lemon juice with warm water to clean it.

Leave for 5 - 10 minutes. Next, take a Q-Tip/cotton bud to scrub the center and corners of the Ultrasonic Vibration plate. Then drain the cleaning solution from "DRAIN SIDE" of tank.
Wipe with a paper towel or soft cloth.

Never use other acids, enzymes or detergents, as this may risk creation of poisonous gas or cause malfunctioning.
